The operating system for event professionals
Starlight is a staffing platform built for live-event production — concerts, festivals, and corporate productions. Most staffing tools are a job board bolted onto a spreadsheet. Starlight runs the whole loop in one place: post a mission, find and score qualified crew, send consent-based offers, schedule and track shifts, approve hours, rate performance, and keep the books. It is real, database-backed software, not slideware.
Every account is both a person and an organization, so one login can belong to many companies. Starlight is built for everyone in the production-staffing chain:
Techs, operators, and riggers get a Guild Card identity, a ranked career system, hands-on gear training, and a public profile.
Crew search, affiliations and alliances, the full mission lifecycle, hours approval, and built-in double-entry accounting.
A first-class party type with a public directory presence and the same booking, staffing, and equipment tooling scoped to venue operations.
A permissioned assistant embedded across the platform that takes real, confirmed actions on your behalf — with your approval.
Starlight is based in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex and serves event production across Texas.
The core is real and running: the staffing loop, the crew career system, gear simulators, ARIA's action-taking chat, the multi-party org model, and the Books engine are all working software. Some features are still being polished, and payments currently run in test mode. We show you what works and label what is still landing.
